The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation is for real estate professionals who have a passion for working with buyer-clients and want to take their excellence and service to the next level. You can’t count on the market – you have to count on your skills. ABR designees have continuous access to education, industry information, marketing materials, and more. These resources can boost referrals and lead generation.
In order to receive your ABR designation you must complete the ABR course and one NAR elective. We are offering three NAR Elective courses. Choose at least one to complete your ABR designation – or take all three.
COURSE FEE: $295.00 Includes in-person class instruction and all course materials.
CLASS CONDUCT: All pagers, laptops and cellular phones are to be turned off during class hours. The instructor has the right to have any disruptive student removed from the class.
CERTIFICATE: A certificate of completion will be awarded to the student upon completion of the course. Course credit will be uploaded to CE Broker and NAR within 2 working days of class completion.
CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: A $10.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WILL BE CHARGED PER COURSE CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED. Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After the deadline, no refunds will be given. NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be given.
ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion.
COURSE CANCELLATION: C. Dan Joyner Academy of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
